DoubleTree by Hilton - Kingston upon Thames

This Christmas, Kingston upon Thames launches the Kingston Children’s Literary Festival and invites children and parents alike to listen to some of their favourite festive and non-festive tales from a line up some of the UK’s best-loved children’s authors in the lead-up to Christmas.

Join Piers Torday for a 30 minute reading from his book, There May Be a Castle.

Piers is the author of five books, for children and adults. His bestselling first book for children, The Last Wild, was shortlisted for the Waterstones Children’s Book Award and has been translated into over 13 languages. His second book, The Dark Wild, won the Guardian Children’s Fiction Prize.
